Your new role
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of fintech and innovation-related projects.
  • Oversee the production and operational service of fintech platforms, ensuring reliability and interoperability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders including HKMA.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with HKMA's latest supervisory policies, especially those related to transaction settlements.
  • Formulate strategic plans and technological policies to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging fintech trends to inform project direction and innovation strategy.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of project managers and technical experts.
  • Identify industry trends and FinTech development to facilitate a better understanding of the needs of corporate and business partners


What you'll need to succeed
  • University degree in the related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, fintech solution development, with at least 10 years in a managerial role within the FS industry.
  • Familiarity with HKMA's Supervisory Policy Manual and transaction settlement frameworks.
  • Knowledge of e-wallet systems and stablecoin ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in project governance, delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
