Your new role You are responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence across HR systems and processes. You will lead the implementation of advanced technologies including AI-driven tools, automation, and data analytics to improve the overall HR team's efficiency.
Your new role
- Enhance and streamline recruitment workflows through optimisation of applicant tracking systems.
- Implement AI tools to support CV screening, interview automation, and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to enable data-driven recruitment decisions.
- Work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to align recruitment processes with business needs.
- Lead training and change initiatives to support the adoption of new recruitment technologies and practices.
What you'll get in return
Minimum 7 years of experience in HRIS roles with at least 3 years in systems or operations roles.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HR System
Proven success in implementing AI or automation tools in recruitment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Programming knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in team leadership and agile project management is preferred.
