Your new role
As the Team Lead for Business Risk in Financial Markets, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across financial market activities.
- Designing and implementing risk frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborating with trading, treasury, and compliance teams to ensure robust risk governance.
- Monitoring market trends and emerging risks to proactively adjust strategies.
- Reporting to senior management and contributing to risk committee discussions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Solid experience in financial market risk management within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of trading products including FX, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as Basel III and local market regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
