We are seeking an experienced Payment Sales Lead to join our dynamic team with a focus on global markets. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the financial industry and extensive connections within the banking and financial services sectors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business development strategy targeting institutional clients across various markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the global financial services industry, leveraging an established network to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Monitor global market developments and conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the global OTC/payment landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of international clients.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the payment platform and establish connections with potential partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of payments/fintech experience, with strong knowledge of the card/payments industry and cryptocurrency.
- Strong network of contacts within traditional payment companies.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Self-starter, problem solver, results-oriented, and able to execute quickly in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform business decisions.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Over-the-Counter (OTC) sales or cryptocurrency is highly advantageous.
