Administrative Assistant - Leading Global Bank

A reputable global bank is looking for an admin assistant to join their collaborative team and support on office operations and secretarial tasks. Candidates with around 2 years of relevant administrative experience within financial services or professional services industry are welcome.

Morgan McKinley - Hong Kong - Full time

Salary: HKD25000 - HKD30000 per month

Responsibilities

  • Extensive coordination and scheduling of regional and global meetings, conference calls, meeting material presentation and distribution
  • Manage calendars and scheduling requirements for designated client group and related logistics including booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, documentation, and catering
  • manage business travel arrangements, including logistics arrangements and liaising with external clients
  • Manage monthly expense reort and submission of claims
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • At least 2 years of administrative work experience in financial services or professional services industry
  • Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proactive team player with a can do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills include Excel, PPT and Word
  • Organised and detail-oriented
