Your new role - Compile and monitor monthly headcount and expense summaries, ensuring alignment with established targets and goals
- Ensure weekly programme materials are consistently updated by the relevant teams
- Collaborate with the Actuarial and Finance teams to coordinate updates across various projects, including data, IT, and budget-related matters
- Provide support for IT and onboarding processes for consultants, including scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Manage vendor-related activities, such as preparing RFPs and ACRs, and securing necessary approvals from appropriate stakeholders
- Facilitate the monthly change request forum, overseeing all submissions from Actuarial and Finance teams
- Lead and support ad hoc initiatives, including finance programme and other projects as needed
What you'll need to succeed - Extensive program management experience, ideally within the insurance sector
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with adaptability in approach and effective engagement with senior stakeholders
