Our client is a respected charitable organization seeking a Senior Manager to lead their payment operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring strong governance, efficient fund disbursement, and strategic oversight of trust-funded initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the payment vetting and progress monitoring of trust-funded charitable projects
- Oversee stakeholder engagement with grantee agencies on funding and reporting matters
- Direct the capture, analysis, and presentation of donation data for strategic decision-making
- Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Manage relationships with auditors and outsourced service providers supporting payment operations
- Monitor service performance and ensure alignment with governance standards
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and training materials for internal and external use
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline; advanced qualifications preferred
- Minimum 8 years' experience in payment operations, auditing, or financial governance
- Experience in NGOs, charitable foundations, or social service sectors is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
- Strategic thinker with leadership qualities, integrity, and a passion for community impact
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager level
