Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President / Director of ABS, RMBS, and CLO. In this role, you will lead our efforts in the structuring, analysis, and management of asset-backed securities, residential mortgage-backed securities, and collateralized loan obligations within the Australian market. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our product offerings and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the ABS, RMBS, and CLO teams in developing and implementing strategic initiatives tailored to the Australian market.
- Provide thought leadership in the development of new products and structures to meet local market demand.
- Securitization Process:
- Oversee the entire securitization process from origination to execution, ensuring compliance with Australian regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the ABS, RMBS, and CLO sectors in Australia.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Team Management:
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage performance evaluations and professional development plans for staff.
- Investor Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, rating agencies, and other stakeholders in the Australian market to enhance market positioning.

- Financial Modeling & Risk Assessment:

Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in structured finance, specifically in ABS, RMBS, or CLO within the Australian market.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
