We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Solution Architect to join our MNC Insurance client and reporting to the Head of Architect. This role require a strategic technology leader with expertise in modern architectures, and digital transformation, as well as stakeholder management. You will drive end-to-end solution design and delivery while working with both IT and Business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive impactful architectural discussions to establish trust and credibility throughout project lifecycles.
- Design, develop, deliver, and manage sophisticated cross-domain solutions, integrating diverse technologies across development, operations, data, and application layers.
- Conduct architecture quality assurance reviews to ensure technical excellence and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including client executives, vendors, and project teams, to ensure seamless solution implementation and delivery.
- Lead and manage delivery while collaborating with onshore and offshore team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture
- Strong understanding of the Insurance industry with track record in on time delivery
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions, roadmaps, and operational plans, with exceptional skills in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influencing executive leadership
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
