Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Work: Configure and script using ServiceNow tools to customize solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8–10 years working with ServiceNow, including various modules like IT Service Management and IT Operations Management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead technical projects and teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow tools.
  • CMDB Knowledge: Understanding of how to design and manage a CMDB.
  • Security Awareness: Familiarity with security operations and incident responses.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow certifications (like CSA or CIS) are a plus.
  • Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise operations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Language Skills: English and Cantonese.
