Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational and analytical assistance to the management team on various projects.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including both business and support units.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Support administrative functions, including procedure management, tracking business metrics, and performing analytics.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, private banking, or consulting.
- Strong grasp of financial markets and private banking principles.
Desired Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, critical thinking skills, and a focus on solutions.
- Excellent coordination skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
