Your new role
- As the Head of FCC, you will lead a large-scale financial crime compliance function.
- Lead and manage seven FCC teams (AML, Sanctions, Monitoring, Fraud, Tax, Anti-Corruption, Investigations).
- Develop and implement FCC strategy in line with regulatory and business priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and regulators.
- Drive process optimisation, innovation, and people development across the FCC function.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven leadership in financial crime compliance within a major bank or global financial institution.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong and international FCC regulations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and drive change initiatives.
