Job Responsibilities: - Find innovative ways to optimize and scale the growth of payment business and platform activeness.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, conducting market and competitor research, and ensuring products align with company objectives.
- Study market and competitive landscape and identify new initiatives to meet the user requirements and grow the business.
- Work across various teams and stakeholders to develop features and optimize user flows that cover all with a focus on growth, financial impact and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualification: - More than 3 years' experience in product development or project management in Finance, Digital Services or related fields.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle, industry trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance monitoring to drive informed decisions.
