Job Responsibilities:
- Support origination and execution of investment banking business, with primary focus on cross border transactions including but not limited to initial public offerings in international capital markets.
- Work closely with senior bankers in Hong Kong for client relationship management.
- Conduct in-depth research activities on economies, industries and companies in China (including Hong Kong) and internationally.
- Perform financial, statistical, and corporate/industry analysis.
- Prepare presentation and other materials for clients.
- Conduct research, prepare supporting documentation, assist and coordinate in due diligence efforts and processes.

- Bachelors degree or above.
- Strong learning ability and responsibility. A good team player and effective communicator.
