Your new role
- Handle customer enquiries related to US stock trading, including order placement, account issues, and market-related questions.
- Guide customers through the use of digital banking platforms, ensuring smooth navigation and issue resolution.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Provide coaching and support to team members to maintain high performance and morale.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking, brokerage, or financial services.
- Bachelor degree holder, and Passed HKSI Paper 1,7,8 or equivilient.
- Good understanding of US stock markets and digital banking tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to work night shifts to support US market hours.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
