IT Project Manager - GI

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT project management, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support comprehensive project planning, execution, and monitoring, adapting strategies to meet evolving challenges and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and budget tracking.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Assist in managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating project activities to ensure seamless execution.

• 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong domain knowledge in the insurance industry is preferred, with a focus on General Insurance (GI) experience seen as a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
• PMP certification is highly desirable for the IT Project Manager position.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Project Manager role.
