Our client is a global leader in digital transformation and data-driven innovation, currently expanding their analytics team to support a broad range of strategic initiatives.
They are now seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Business Intelligence function and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful insights, enhancing business performance, and enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement analytical models that generate actionable insights to drive business growth and mitigate risks.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis across multiple sources to identify relevant datasets and features for solving business challenges.
- Partner with stakeholders to recommend and evaluate data-driven strategies for operational improvement.
- Build scalable analytics capabilities aligned with business use cases and strategic priorities.
- Develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Translate complex analytical results into clear, compelling narratives that support decision-making.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
- Provide technical and functional support to internal users on BI tools and reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to ensure timely delivery, requirement alignment, and proactive issue resolution.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with a strong understanding of business processes and data needs.
- Solid foundation in statistical analysis and familiarity with predictive, prescriptive, and machine learning techniques.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with Azure Databricks and AI-driven analytics is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and strategic insights.
- Strong data modeling skills and the ability to define and interpret key business metrics.
- Track record of successfully managing analytics projects from concept to deployment in collaborative environments.
