Hedge Fund Operations Analyst - Top Tier Buyside

Job Duties:

• On the job training to administer the process flow regarding the back end for various products such as equities and derivatives
• Prepare and review Net Asset Value reconciliation for funds
• Perform cash management & daily settlement for the executed trades in a timely manner
• Responsible for accurate and timely deliver of Fund Accounting data in accordance with accounting standards and internal compliance
• Records of risk metrics on funds on daily basis
• Liaise with risk team and monitor news relating to the funds;
• Liaise with the decision-makers to deliver special requests; and
• Process improvement assignments;
• Support new fund setup in accordance with legal requirement
• Assist in reporting preparation including risk reporting, monthly newsletters and ad hoc reporting requests

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• 1 years + fund operations/ administrations experience , (Fresh Graduate also welcome to apply for junior openning )
• Strong communication and presentation skills, independent and diligent;
• Take initiatives and pay attention to details
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in PC skills, especially MS Office Applications; and
• Good team player in an efficient working atmosphere under pressure
• Candidate with more experience would be considered for the Senior Associate or AM position
