My client is one of the leading MNC insurance companies in Hong Kong. As they expand their team, they are seeking a proactive and organised junior project admin who is energetic and innovative to support their team in transformation projects.
As junior project admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team of over 20+ professionals. You will be assisting with some transformation projects as a project coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the investment team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Process invoices and manage expense reports.
- Assist in maintaining documentation and filing systems.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is a must.
- No more than 10 years of working experience, ideally project support experience within the financial services sector.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn new skills - including technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
