This pivotal role will serve as the gatekeeper for firm-wide bonus calculations, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with business goals. The successful candidate will also lead performance management initiatives and oversee salary compensation reviews across the organisation.


Your new role
  • Own and manage the end-to-end process of annual bonus calculations for all employees.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management frameworks and tools.
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align performance outcomes with reward strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support talent development and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on performance management and compensation.
  • Prior experience in top-tier financial institutions or consultancy firms is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese is essential.
  • High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
