The Role
AVP/VP, Head of Solution Team, Human Resources Department
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the daily operations, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS);
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, support payroll processing, and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements;
- Monitor and control the annual compensation and benefits budget;
- Prepare HR-related documentation and handle personnel services, including workplace injury claims and insurance processing;
- Manage personnel files and conduct workforce data analysis and reporting;
- Supervise the administration of housing allowances, tax declarations, and related tasks;
- Lead or participate in HR-related projects and initiatives;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills & Experience
- Love the country, Hong Kong and the Company and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI;
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- With more than 8 years relevant experience in HR management;
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized;
- Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and respective to new ideas;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese （including Cantonese and Mandarin).
