Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Track and manage staff movement within IT Department globally, generate reports showing metrics and dashboard for management
  • Maintain employee records including skill sets, experience, levels, titles etc.
  • Work closely with Local HR partners
  • Coordinate staff performance assessment process throughout the year.
  • Communicate and provide guidance to IT staffs on HR policy, procedure and good practices.
  • Facilitate and arrange seats for on-boarding and existing IT staffs in HK offices
  • Coordinate and support on-site and off-site team events and meetings
  • Provide proactive, varied and confidential secretarial support to CIO and COO
  • Support in managing dynamic and complex calendars for CIO and COO, by coordinating across multiple stakeholders, departments and time zones
  • Coordinate business travels, to organize and manage all travel logistics for both domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries, activities, etc.)
  • Execute on and off-sites meeting logistic planning, including catering, agenda, facilities, communications
  • Prepare and edit presentations, including developing content as well as collecting, collate/merge and review materials submitted by others

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Around 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of employee development and performance management is preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Hands on experience on MS Office suite including Excel macros, formulas & automation, and PPT.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks and projects
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and work well under time/other constraints
  • Ability to handle confidential information, demonstrate a high degree of autonomy
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing effectively with all levels within an organization
