A top-tier life insurer is looking for a governance and control professional for the agency channel.
Your new role
- Develop and implement business quality frameworks and controls across various distribution channels.
- Oversee risk areas such as intermediary selection, sales processes, compensation, and customer conduct.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective control measures and conduct regular risk assessments.
- Handle compliance incidents, support audits and regulatory reviews, and promote risk awareness within the department.
- Participate in governance initiatives and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in financial services.
- IIQE licence (Paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong sense of ownership, with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
