Your new role
  • Handle customer enquiries related to US stock trading, including order placement, account issues, and market-related questions.
  • Guide customers through the use of digital banking platforms, ensuring smooth navigation and issue resolution.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to maintain high performance and morale.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking, brokerage, or financial services.
  • Bachelor degree holder, and Passed HKSI Paper 1,7,8 or equivilient.
  • Good understanding of US stock markets and digital banking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to work night shifts to support US market hours.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
