- An international FS is looking for a Senior Manager of Business Partner to join the team.
Your new role
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to Director-level stakeholders, providing strategic HR guidance across talent management, organisational development, and workforce planning.
- Partner with business units to align HR strategies with operational goals and drive performance.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, employee engagement programs, and leadership development.
- Provide expert consultation on complex HR matters including employee relations, succession planning, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions across recruitment, compensation, and learning & development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in a business partnering role within the financial services sector.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
- Bachelor degree in the related area.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and interpersonal sensitivity.
