- Input unit trust dealing order
- Prepare payment to client and Global TA
- Perform cash and holdings reconciliation
- Other clerical duties, e.g. document scanning and filing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, handling simple client enquiry
Qualification & Experience
- Relevant experience in distribution operations or financial service industry
- Good PC knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Well-organised and attention to detail
- Good team player, effective communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to handle multitasks, and work under pressure, tight deadlines and independence
