Your new role - Drive marketing and digital initiatives in collaboration with key distribution partners, including banks, brokers, and independent financial advisors
- Coordinate customer experience (CX) updates and ensure timely follow-ups across internal teams and communication channels
- Support the creation and execution of partner-facing campaigns, including content development, copywriting, and tactical rollout
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to manage inquiries and ensure seamless delivery of marketing activities
What you'll need to succeed - A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, digital strategy, or corporate communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- A creative, customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail and execution
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
- Experience in digital marketing, media planning, or content creation will be highly advantageous
