Our client is an expanding Venture Capital with a strong track record in AI and technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Stay informed about relevant SFC regulations to offer strategic, proactive advice and promote compliance.
- Provide legal support, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence and research prior to investments in portfolio companies.
- Prepare subscription packages for funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer licensed in common law jurisdiction with 2+ PQE.
- Experience gained in reputable law firms, financial institutions, VC funds or asset managers is preferred.
- Experience in SFC type 9 licensed fund compliance.
- Good team player with the ability to multitask.
