Responsibilities
  • Document business requirements and manage projects to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate process, application, and analytical requirements into functional/technical specifications.
  • Conduct business impact analysis, design technical solutions, and support change management.
  • Lead projects by setting milestones, managing teams, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Perform quality assurance, prepare user training materials, and conduct briefing sessions for change management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business information system analysis and IT project management.
  • Strong technical expertise in case management, business process systems, web-based solutions, document management, and data analytics platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and interviewing skills; proficient in spoken English and Chinese.
  • Experienced in project and quality management, with knowledge of methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and standards (e.g., ISO); familiarity with Java or Python is a plus.
  • Proactive, confident, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
