Description:

1. Develop debt financing proposals working along with Investment Banking Department for clients and provide regular market update and relevant prospects;

2. Evaluate market conditions in combination with client specifics to determine financing terms and structure;

3. Execute transactions including managing underwriting risk, coordinating the marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, allocation process and settlement across departments;

4. Initiate dialogues with investors about deal structures, valuation methodologies, and new issue environment when needed;

5. Follow financial markets closely and produce market analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values;

2. You must be a postgraduate or above, in principle, who is a 2026 graduate (the graduation date, as verified by the degree certificate or the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), should be no later than August 2026) or a 2024/2025 graduate with no employment record;

3. Strong communications and interpersonal skills;

4. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin;

5. Strong passion for financial service industry and with good sense of the market;

6. The candidate must have passed the securities qualification examination before formal employment.
