Description:
1.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the companys business strategy, conduct business insights and technical trend analysis, and formulate the company's IT development plan;
2. Lead the design, definition, and governance of the companys enterprise architecture, encompassing application, data, and platform architectures;
3. Take charge of the architecture review and system launch review of the company's projects to ensure that the projects comply with the company's architecture standards and long-term development direction;
4. Coordinate cross-departmental and cross-team projects to ensure that the projects advance as planned;
5. Complete other assigned comprehensive management tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values;
2. Expected graduation in 2026 from domestic or international universities,Master degree or above is preferred;
3. Preferred majors include Computer Science & Technology, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, etc., with solid professional knowledge;
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese;
6. Strong interest in the financial industry.
