Description:

1. Maintain the application operations of core business system modules, including functional releases and post-release validation testing;

2. Undertake system and product planning for core business system modules; compile user requirement documents and confirm functional requirements with the business side;

3. Drive end-to-end project management for core system features: initiate projects, track project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery;

4. Monitor the post-launch performance of the system, identify existing product issues, and continuously promote optimization;

5. Complete other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values;

2. Expected graduation in 2026 from domestic or international universities, Master degree or above is preferred;

3. Preferred majors include Computer Science & Technology, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, etc., with solid professional knowledge;

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese;

6. Strong interest in the financial industry.
