Description: 1. Develop comprehensive budgets that outline expected income and expenditures for CICCI. 2. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. 3. Prepare payments to suppliers, vendor statement and bank reconciliation. 4. Intercompany balances reconciliation during the group month-end closing. 5. Prepare account balance analysis and reconciliations. 6. Maintain fixed assets register as well as cost splitting. 7. Supporting HK local and internationalized business

Description:

1. Develop comprehensive budgets that outline expected income and expenditures for CICCI.

2. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.

3. Prepare payments to suppliers, vendor statement and bank reconciliation.

4. Intercompany balances reconciliation during the group month-end closing.

5. Prepare account balance analysis and reconciliations.

6. Maintain fixed assets register as well as cost splitting.

7. Supporting HK local and internationalized business projects.

8. Other ad-hoc accounting and related regulatory reporting functions.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in Accounting or related subjects.

2. Internship working experience in Securities or Banking firms.

3. Control focused, analytical, team oriented, attention to details.

4. Good spoken and written English and Putonghua.

5. Good computer skills (excel, word, etc).

6. Knowledge in Oracle system is definitely an advantage.
