The Role
- Sitting at the heart of the investment process, you will support the full trade lifecycle while leveraging technology and automation to optimise critical workflows.
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end trade support across global markets and multiple asset classes (equities, futures, options, swaps, FX)
- Treasury & financing: Margin optimisation, cash/liquidity management, collateral oversight
- Data integrity & P&L reporting: Ensuring accuracy of portfolio data for risk and portfolio managers
- Process automation: Building tools in Python or C++ to enhance efficiency, scalability, and risk controls
- Partnering closely with quant researchers, traders, risk and technology teams to deliver robust operational infrastructure
Profiles We Are Seeking
- 4-12+ years experience in hedge fund or buy-side operations (quant/multi-strat exposure advantageous)
- Strong cross-product knowledge: equities, listed & OTC derivatives, fixed income, FX
- Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, high-pressure environments with precision and attention to detail
- Technical aptitude essential - Python or C++ skills to drive automation, analyse data, and streamline processes
- Intellectual curiosity and proactive mindset, comfortable engaging directly with investment professionals
