Description:
1. Conduct audit work in accordance with internal audit plans and arrangements. This includes formulating audit project plans and programs, executing audit procedures, preparing working papers, documenting audit findings with remediation actions, and drafting audit reports.
2. Regularly report audit progress and results to department or team leaders, work closely with audit colleagues to effectively drive the progress of audit projects.
3. Provide remediation suggestions for process control deficiencies or weaknesses identified during audits, coordinate with relevant department, and continuously follow up on the auditees progress in addressing audit issues and promote the implementation of control measures. Regularly communicate and report to business management on the overall status of business risk.
4. Keep informed of industry developments, participate in policy reviews, process optimization and discussions on various projects; provide consulting and valued-added services to business and supporting departments.
5. Participate in communications and coordination with regulators and external audit institutions.
Qualifications:
1. Integrity, diligence, perseverance, and with a strong moral standard.
2. Graduate degree or above, preferably in audit, economic, finance, accounting, or related fields.
3. Meticulous and rigorous work attitude, strong learning and logical thinking ability with high self-motivation and results-oriented mindset.
4. Strong information gathering and data analysis skills; candidates proficient in data analytics and digital technology will have an advantage.
5. High level of professional ethics and team spirit, with strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
6. Good written communication skills and proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
7. Candidates with professional qualifications, such as CPA, CFA, CIA, will have an advantage.
