Job Descriptions:

1. Provide trade support ensuring accuracy of all trades related matters and trade booking;

2. Conduct daily reviews of executed trades;

3. Monitor fund movements;

4. Monitor and enhance control processes related to regulatory reporting;

5. Communicate with internal departments and external parties including clients, brokers and depositories to promptly resolve daily operational issues such as trade discrepancies;

6. Collaborate daily tasks with the other operation teams, such as trade settlement, corporate actions etc.;

7. Follow established procedures and perform appropriate controls;

8. Support ongoing processes and control improvements and system enhancement projects;

9. Perform additional duties as required by the company.

Qualifications:

Skills and Knowledge

7. Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills and willingness to take on additional responsibilities;

8. Highly risk and control mindset and demonstrated ability to multi-task and make appropriate decisions under rigid deadlines;

9. Ability to work independently and willing to take on ownership;

10. Robust communications skills;

11. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must;

12. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly excel & VBA.

Qualification

Masters degree holder.
