Job Descriptions:

1. Review individual, corporation, private banking, institutional client and counterparty account opening documentations in accordance with the Firms standards and regulatory requirements;

2. In conjunction with the business units, work with the cross functional groups (including Compliance, Credit Risk, Legal, Treasury, Middle Office, Settlement) and provide feedback on accounts status;

3. Update documentation and information in various trading and processing systems, to keep current with compliance status of clients;

4. Follow up on outstanding documentation and information to meet the Firms KYC/AML guidelines;

5. Perform periodic remediation of KYC information to clean up data and documentation and coordinate with clients and/or business units

;

6. Perform CRS and FATCA DD and remediation;

7. Understand and respond to inquiries from business units and support groups through the use of effective communication;

8. Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Qualifications:

Skills and Abilities

1. Good in spoken and written Putonghua and English;

2. Good organizational skills;

3. Good PC skills .

Qualification

Masters degree holder.
