Job Descriptions:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Processing Settlement of equity, fixed income and structure notes;

2. Ensuring the process is within proper internal control and in compliance with external rules and regulations;

3. Assisting management to establish policies and procedures to support asset servicing related activities;

4. Responsible for the implementation of the operational procedure;

5. Reconciling fund products holdings and positions;

6. Liaising with counterparties to follow up any settlement issues and enquiries;

7. New project / New business model to perform UAT.

Qualifications:

Knowledge

1. Basic Knowledge in various financial products;

2. Knowledge in system implementation / enhancement is an advantage.

Skills and Abilities

1. Good communication skill in Putonghua, Cantonese and English (as phone confirmation with Front Office, banks and counterparties may be required);

2. Mastery of MS Office, knowledge of MS Office VBA;

3. Good team player with adequate inter-personal skills;

4. Able to work independently and under pressure;

5. Good problem-solving skills, must have responsibility.
