Description:

1.Participate in the early pitch of equity incentive projects of listed (to be listed) companies, including due diligence, prepare pitch book and ESOP proposals.

2. Keep track on ESOP market activities and policies.

3.Assist in the training of various regional sales headquarters and cross-departmental teams, and participate in internal empowerment business promotion activities.

4.For various marketing activities that ESOP Specialists directly participate in, such as live broadcasts, salons and other marketing activities, assist in the production of corresponding professional content materials for ESOP Specialists.

5.To perform Ad-hoc work as required.

Qualifications:

1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.

2.Master or above degree in finance, business administration, accounting, marketing or related disciplines.

3.Highly motivated and responsible for work, detail-oriented, creative and team player.

4.Internship experience in investment banking, securities, or financial technology fields, familiarity with wealth management and ESOP are preferred.

5.Fluent speaking of Mandarin and English.
