Description：
This job is to be performed by a Trading Trainee who is responsible, under supervision, for taking orders from institutional clients in listed securities and deliver good executions to clients. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:
1. Works closely with institutional sales force to assist in the identification of trading opportunities for clients;
2. Feed trading ideas and precisely interpret investment opinions of research reports to the clients;
3. Channel market information flow to the clients in a timely manner;
4. Ensure good trade executions to clients;
5. Responsible for developing relationships with assigned client organizations through trading and execution services.
6. Perfect the data analysis platform and related work arrangements.
7. Participate in the development, testing, and optimization of the relevant electronic trading system.
Qualifications：
1. Domestic and overseas graduates whose graduation time falls no later than August 2026 (subject to the Graduation Certificate) and also those who are unemployed within two years of graduation, Master degree or above is preferred;
2. Knowledge of Asian equities or International stock markets;
3. Understanding the clients investment behavior and orientation;
4. Customer-oriented mentality, proactive personality;
5. Effective communicator with excellent English and Mandarin abilities;
6. Detail-oriented, quick-minded and good team player;
7. Proactive with can-do attitude;
8. Solid data analytical skills.
9. Proficient in Python, adept at using various machine learning tools, with good programming skills and coding habits; proficient in Linux, proficient in SQL language.
10. Have a certain understanding and practical experience in big data mining, probability and statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and time series analysis.
