Description:

This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firms effort to serve client organizations, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

1. Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts;

2. Working closely with clients investment and research personnel;

3. Presenting research services and advising clients on investment opportunities;

4. Support sales and distribution for overseas IPO and primary-cross-secondary markets projectsï¼›

5. Providing full account coverage service for institutional accounts, including cash equities, derivatives products, trading and execution services.

Qualifications:

1. Domestic and overseas graduates whose graduation time falls no later than August 2026 (subject to the Graduation Certificate) and also those who are unemployed within two years of graduation, Master degree or above is preferred;

2. Economics or Finance majors preferred;

3. Good understanding of sales and trading business;

4. Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm's products and services;

5. Excellent academic credentials and achievement;

6. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication;

7. Strong passion for financial market and sales job.
