方向一：产品专员Product Specialist

职责描述：

Responsibilities:

产品专员岗位主要负责支持境外主经纪商业务，包括OTC结构设计，TRS产品交易，对冲策略研发和客户支持等相关工作。具体包括但不限于以下职责：

This position is to join the fast growing CICC overseas Equities Synthetic Prime Brokerage team, be part of the core functions including: product structuring, Delta One trading, strategist and client service. The job duties associated with this role include, but not limit to:

1. 辅助交易股票OTC产品、完善风控模型和产品设计；

1. Assisting on equities OTC products trading, risk models and products structuring;

2. 协助主经纪商以及类主经纪商业务中的各种项目；

2. Assisting varies projects for prime and synthetic prime brokerage;

3. 研究市场交易策略；

3. Researching on market trading strategies;

4. 参与投资者、对冲基金经理、销售讨论，为对冲基金经理提供分析解决方案。

4. Involving in the discussion with investors, HF managers and Sales to provide analytical solutions to the HF managers.

方向二：运营专员Operation Specialist

职责描述：

Responsibilities:

1. 协调HKD1产品台业务运作开展，提供全方位业务管理支持；

1. Coordinate Delta One business operation and provide comprehensive business management support;

2. 根据监管要求及公司政策，草拟和优化业务管理政策及流程，牵头并跟进重点项目的执行和落地，提升运营效率，化解运营风险；

2. Develop and optimize business policy and procedure in accordance to regulatory requirement and firm policy. Lead and keep track the implementation of key initiatives/projects on continuous improvement/enhancement, improve operational efficiency and control operational risk;

3. 建立和维护与中后台部门的沟通协作机制，优化合作流程，提高业务执行效率；

3. Establish and maintain communication and collaboration mechanisms with Middle and Back Office, optimize collaboration processes and improve execution efficiency;

4. 负责绩效管理, 包括业务数据分析系统平台开发及管理，制定和实施跨部门跨团队业绩数据分析，制作业务数据管理分析报告；

4. Responsible for performance management, including developing and managing of business analysis system platform, formulating and implementing cross-department/cross-team performance data analysis and producing business management reports

5. 负责HKD1产品台年度预算编制及费用监督管理工作；

5. Responsible for Delta One business annual budget preparation and cost/expense supervision and management;

6. 其他相关管理支持工作

Qualifications：

Position 1：Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values;

2. Domestic and overseas graduates whose graduation time falls no later than August 2026 (subject to the Graduation Certificate) and also those who are unemployed within two years of graduation, Master degree or above

3. Understanding of equity OTC products, PB and Synthetic PB;

4. Sound knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets;

5. VBA and Python knowledge and experience;

6. Possess broad financial products and analytics knowledge and experience;

7. Proficient in both English and Chinese;

8. Effective communicator and strong self-starter.

Position 2：Operation Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values

2. Domestic and overseas graduates whose graduation time falls no later than August 2026 (subject to the Graduation Certificate) and also those who are unemployed within two years of graduation, Master degree or above;

3. Relevant business management Internship experience in equities or financial services industry is preferred.

4. Strong quantitative background and programming skills (Python, VBA) are preferred;

5. Good command of English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills

6. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus

7. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work under pressure, coordinate and manage multiple work tasks in a fast paced environment
