We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead HR transformation projects and drive new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HR modules, particularly SuccessFactors, with proven expertise in implementation, client engagement, and consulting within top-tier consultancy firms. This role demands excellent project leadership skills and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver innovative HR solutions.
 Key Responsibilities:  - Lead end-to-end SAP HR transformation projects from design through implementation and go-live.
  - Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors or other HR solutions.
  - Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
  - Manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  - Provide expert guidance on HR processes, system integration, and best practices.
  - Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless system functionality and adoption.
  - Develop and deliver client presentations, training, and workshops to facilitate change management.
  - Stay ahead of industry trends and SAP innovations to continually enhance service offerings.
  
 Qualifications:  - Bachelors degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field.
  - Extensive experience in SAP HR consulting, preferably within consulting firms.
  - Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and HR digital transformation projects.
  - Proven track record in project leadership and client management.
  - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  - Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  - SAP certification in relevant modules is a strong advantage.
  - Fluency in English is required; Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
