Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management support for the Fixed Income business, conducting business analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed initiatives.
- Partner with business and engineering managers to oversee and track the portfolio of front-office sales and trading technology deliveries.
- Engage regularly with product leads across Technology to identify improvements and shape current and future platform solutions.
- Coordinate across technology domains, Operations, and Finance to plan, test, and execute end-to-end deployments.
- Own region-specific Business Expansion (product) and Regulatory Change programs-from assessing front-to-back impacts through delivery of the required changes.
- Manage the book of work, facilitating prioritization in line with capacity, demand, and business value.
- Drive standardization of project and risk management practices, ensuring consistent use of enterprise tools and applications.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree; 8-10+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or within financial services.
- Background in sales and trading, finance, operations, technology, or internal audit preferred.
- Demonstrated project management expertise and ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills; quick learner able to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguous problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a record of producing comprehensive, accurate, audience-tailored deliverables.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage concurrent workstreams and changing priorities.
- Hands-on project management experience delivering information technology initiatives supporting financial services businesses.
- Solid understanding of the Project Lifecycle (PLC) and Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, and the broader MS Office suite.
