Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the executives complex schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Acting as a professional representative of CEO, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders with discretion and tact.
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and correspondence to support business activities.
  • Managing expense reports and claims with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handling ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant in sizable organizations, ideally within the financial industry or investment banking.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the executive professionally and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Proactive, independent, and mature, with a proven ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
