Role & Responsibilities:
- Collect and document project requirements effectively from stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of project goals.
- Execute core Business Analyst functions to align project deliverables with organizational objectives.
- Lead and facilitate meetings to drive collaboration, decision-making, and consensus among stakeholders.
- Prepare presentation decks to communicate findings, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure clarity on technical terminology and project specifications.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in driving transformation projects, specifically in data and technology domains.
- Not a project manager; focus should be on business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience in data or infrastructure projects is a significant advantage.
- Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project experience in data science, AI, or machine learning is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using project management and documentation tools.
