Quality Assurance Engineer
Principal responsibilities
* Review and analyze system specifications from company's online platforms
* Execute test cases, record and analyze results according to the test plans
* Evaluate IT deliverables (e.g. product features) according to specifications
* Create logs to document testing phases and defects
* Report bugs and errors to development teams
* Help troubleshoot issues found during testing phase
* Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Qualifications Requirements
* University degree in related discipline (Business/Finance/Information Technology)
* Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
* Experience in project management and QA methodology
* Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
* Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
* Strong organizational skills
* Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
* Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to the changes
