Our client is a prominent technology services provider headquartered in Hong Kong, dedicated to delivering secure and forward-thinking digital solutions across a wide range of industries. To support their ongoing expansion, they are looking for an experienced Mobile Solution Architect
to join their innovative technology team. This position provides a compelling opportunity to spearhead the development of advanced mobile applications across multiple platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions tailored to evolving business and client demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the design and enhancement of mobile applications, spanning front-end interfaces, middleware components, and backend systems, with an emphasis on scalability and security.
- Lead cross-platform mobile development initiatives using tools and languages such as React Native, iOS (Objective-C/Swift), Android (Java/Kotlin), or Flutter.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to gather user requirements, conduct feasibility assessments, and implement tailored software solutions.
- Execute system development and upgrades, and oversee comprehensive testing processes including user acceptance testing to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing mobile applications, resolving issues and recommending improvements to enhance performance.
- Perform code reviews to uphold coding standards and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, while managing external vendor resources to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Engage in client workshops to present technical solutions and serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, solution architecture, or technical presales.
- Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, performance optimization, and tuning techniques.
- Strong proficiency in mobile development frameworks and programming languages such as Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Solid grasp of agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum, and familiarity with associated tools.
