Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently and take full ownership of project delivery
- Manage stakeholders effectively across business units
- Be accountable for outcomes-committed to successful delivery beyond just following checklists
- Ensure smooth execution of transformation and compliance efforts
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in insurance or banking
- Strong understanding of operations across Life, GI, Health, and Claims
- Proven track record in project delivery and stakeholder management
- Experience in automation and regulatory projects is a plus
