Responsibilities of the Role:
- Define and execute the architectural roadmap for intelligent operations and workplace transformation.
- Design scalable frameworks that integrate AIOps and digital collaboration tools to boost IT service efficiency and employee productivity.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge solutions tailored to diverse client environments.
- Establish best practices for embedding AI, machine learning, and modern workplace technologies into IT operations.
- Oversee data lifecycle management-from collection to analysis-to generate actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, integrity, and security protocols.
- Partner with clients to understand operational challenges and deliver customized solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption and maximize value from implemented technologies.
- Monitor solution performance and iterate based on feedback, analytics, and industry trends.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and methodologies in AIOps and workplace innovation.
- Work closely with internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions.

Required Skills for the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in IT architecture or operations, with a strong focus on AIOps and digital workplace transformation.
- Demonstrated success in deploying AI-driven and collaborative technologies within enterprise IT environments.
- Deep understanding of AIOps methodologies, machine learning applications, and workplace enablement platforms.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and with clients.
